We understand that becoming a BCBA is a major accomplishment, and that building clinical confidence and experience takes time. If you are a newly certified BCBA, recently graduated, or have limited experience but are motivated, eager to learn, and willing to receive mentorship and develop your clinical skills , we want to hear from you. Duties The BCBA will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and individualized ABA services, including: Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs), develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, and create skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs based on each client's needs. Analyze clinical data, monitor client progress, and make data-driven treatment decisions and program updates as needed. Supervise and provide ongoing clinical guidance to RBTs and behavior technicians. Provide caregiver/parent training, education, and support while collaborating closely with families to promote consistency and generalization of skills. Collaborate with other professionals involved in the client's care, including multidisciplinary providers, schools, and community supports when appropriate. Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and all required clinical documentation accurately and on time. Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, state regulations, HIPAA, and insurance/payer requirements . Ensure all services are respectful, individualized, evidence-based, and focused on meaningful outcomes for each client and family. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus and highly valued when supporting diverse clients and families. Skills ✔ Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field ✔ Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field ✔ Current BCBA certification through the BACB ✔Current state licensure or required credential to practice as a BCBA ✔Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based practices ✔Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✔Ability to work collaboratively with families, RBTs, and other professionals ✔Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care ✔Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continue developing professionally

Experience:

⭐ Newly certified BCBAs are welcome to apply! ⭐ Recent graduates are encouraged to apply! ⭐ Minimal BCBA experience is not a barrier if you are motivated and willing to learn. ⭐ Candidates with experience working with children with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral needs are preferred, but we are willing to support the right candidate in developing their clinical skills. Experience with FBAs, treatment planning, caregiver training, RBT supervision, insurance-funded ABA services, EMR systems, and ABA data-collection platforms is a plus—but we recognize that newly certified BCBAs may still be developing these skills.
