Seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide support and guidance to K-12 students at a specialized school for the blind. Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Hold active BCBA certification and licensure in Maryland Extensive experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a K-12 or specialized education environment Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and experience implementing ABA strategies Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families Compassion, adaptability, and a genuine interest in supporting students with visual impairments

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to students unique needs Provide ongoing direct and consultative ABA services to students across a range of grade levels (K-12) Train, coach, and collaborate with teachers, aides, and related service providers to ensure consistent implementation of behavior strategies Collect, analyze, and report behavioral data to monitor students progress and adjust interventions as needed Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing expert recommendations for behavioral support Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school policies and regulatory standards Perks of this
