9672734-21061 Job Description Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity working directly with students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This position is based in a supportive school environment near Glen Burnie, MD, with 2-3 openings available. Youll make a daily impact by helping students succeed both academically and behaviorally. Your expertise as an RBT will shape meaningful learning experiences and foster positive changes for children in need.

Key Qualifications:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies with children or adolescents. Ability to collect data and accurately document student progress. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with teachers, therapists, and families. Reliable, adaptable, and compassionate approach to working in a school setting. Background check and necessary clearances required prior to start.

Daily Responsibilities:

Work one-on-one or in small groups to deliver behavior intervention plans. Collect and organize behavioral data, tracking progress and setbacks. Collaborate closely with educators, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and school staff on student goals. Teach social, communication, and daily living skills, using evidence-based ABA techniques. Support safe, positive classroom environments that encourage student participation. Attend meetings and training sessions as part of ongoing professional development.
