About Creations Clinical Services Creations Clinical Services is a BCBA-owned ABA practice serving children and families in Washington and Frederick Counties, Maryland. We are intentionally building a practice centered around consistency, clinical support, and meaningful relationships with families. We believe children benefit most when they have dependable, well-supported clinicians, which is why we prioritize ongoing supervision, clear expectations, and mentorship for our Behavior Technicians. As a small practice, each team member plays an important role in helping us create a supportive environment where clinicians can grow, and families can feel confident in the care they receive. Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, compassionate Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA-D. If you enjoy working with children, are open to feedback, and value consistency, we'd love to meet you. Schedule Part-time (15-20 hours per week) Monday-Friday between 10 AM and 5 PM Hours depend on client availability and authorizations Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes Implement treatment plans as designed by the supervising BCBA Collect accurate session data and complete documentation the same day Attend weekly supervision meetings Communicate session updates with caregivers Report significant concerns to the BCBA promptly What We Offer $22-$30/hour, based on experience and certification Weekly supervision and mentorship Small caseloads and individualized support A neuroaffirming, culturally responsive practice Support with RBT certification and professional growth Qualifications High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Experience working with children required RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Dependable, professional, and eager to learn We're looking for someone who is patient, coachable, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.
Pay:
