Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maryland LBA (Licensed Behavioral Associate) State Clinical Director to lead and oversee clinical operations across the state. This pivotal role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant behavioral health services, fostering a collaborative team environment, and maintaining adherence to all regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Manage clinical staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team dedicated to excellence. Monitor clinical outcomes and implement data-driven strategies to enhance service effectiveness and patient satisfaction. Ensure all clinical practices meet regulatory requirements, including licensing, documentation, and safety protocols. Serve as a liaison with external agencies, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance and promote community engagement. Qualifications Proven experience in medical management within behavioral health or related healthcare fields.
