Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maryland LBA (Licensed Behavioral Associate) State Clinical Director to lead and oversee clinical operations across the state. This pivotal role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant behavioral health services, fostering a collaborative team environment, and maintaining adherence to all regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Manage clinical staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team dedicated to excellence. Monitor clinical outcomes and implement data-driven strategies to enhance service effectiveness and patient satisfaction. Ensure all clinical practices meet regulatory requirements, including licensing, documentation, and safety protocols. Serve as a liaison with external agencies, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance and promote community engagement. Qualifications Proven experience in medical management within behavioral health or related healthcare fields. Strong background in healthcare management with demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams. Excellent management skills with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive organizational growth. Pay:
$105,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
