Job Description

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . Do you enjoy working with children? Would you like to improve the lives of students through exceptional occupational therapy? If so, this may be the position for you! This BCBA position comes with a competitive salary and generous benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BCBA
Master's Degree State BCBA License Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs and other team members Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with families, educators, and related service providers
