Founded in 2008, STEPS Behavioral Health is committed to helping families and individuals with Autism and Developmental Disabilities achieve their goals. We specialize in using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to guide learning and behavioral interventions.
Job Summary:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Behavior Technician to join our team! As a tech with STEPS Behavioral Health, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will also collect and document data on client progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule:
Pay Range:
$ 20 - $ 24 /hour ($25-$28 if certified)
Shifts:
Flexible, based on your availability Part-Time with Full Time opportunities available
