Job Description

Lead the future of student behavioral support! Join Cross Country Education as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serving as a district-level Behavior Support Consultant for the 2026-2027 school year in the La Plata, MD area.
Position Overview:
Develop, standardize, and oversee cohesive behavior programs across schools while analyzing data and guiding the implementation of evidence-based practices. Conduct behavioral program reviews, provide consultative support to school leaders, and recommend data-driven interventions to support student success. Provide supervision and mentorship to behavior specialists, social workers, and mental health professionals. Leverage the individual strengths of the existing multidisciplinary team to foster a collaborative and effective behavioral support network.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Special Education, or related field Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification Current Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) License (or eligibility) 5+ years of school-based experience supporting general and/or special education environments Prior experience in a supervisory or consultative role Experience implementing behavior programs across multiple sites Why Join Cross Country Education?
Competitive Pay:
Earn $60.20 - $61.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives
