Seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support K-12 students and staff for a full-time contract assignment in a vibrant educational setting. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current Maryland BCBA License required Demonstrated experience providing behavioral analysis services in an educational setting (K-12 preferred) Commitment to positive behavior support techniques and evidence-based practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with school staff, parents, and students Ability to develop, monitor, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions Design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention programs for students Partner with teachers and administrators as a behavioral consultant and resource Provide staff training and coaching on behavioral strategies and data collection Monitor student progress and regularly update team members and families Ensure all interventions align with ethical and professional BCBA standards This assignment offers a consistent full-time schedule through the end of May 2027 and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a supportive school environment.
