Overview We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing behavior intervention plans. Duties

• Work directly with individuals to implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients
• Collect and record data on client behavior
• Assist in developing treatment goals and objectives
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementing interventions
• Educate and support families on behavior management techniques
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Skills
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain patient and calm in challenging situations
• Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques
• Familiarity with medical documentation practices
• Background in special education is a plus
