Job Description

We are looking for a Spanish speaking RBT Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Lexington Park MD 20653, $29-$35 per hour Golden Child ABA is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Lexington Park, Maryland. We are committed to providing high-quality, family-centered ABA services while creating a supportive and respectful environment for our team members. If you're passionate about helping children and value consistency and clinical support, we'd love to hear from you. Schedule 15 hours per week Consistent schedule every week Pay $27-$34 per hour, depending on experience Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA Collect and record session data Collaborate with families and the clinical team Support children in developing meaningful skills through engaging and positive interactions Qualifications Active RBT certification required Experience working with children preferred Reliable transportation Strong communication skills Professional, caring, and dependable Ability to pass a background check Why Join Golden Child ABA?
