  • 7pm Shift ] NCIA is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct care and behavioral support to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Under the supervision of a BCBA, the RBT will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with treatment teams across residential, clinical, and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior support plans and MANDT techniques Support individuals in developing life and social skills Accurately document behavior data and progress notes Assist with behavioral assessments and plan development Communicate with BCBAs, Behavior Specialists, and interdisciplinary teams Respond to behavioral crises using approved intervention strategies Attend Person-Centered Plan meetings and required trainings Maintain RBT certification and adhere to ethical standards Qualifications High School Diploma with 5 years' experience in behavioral health/developmental disabilities, or Bachelor's degree with 2 years' experience Minimum 1 year of clinical experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills Ability to follow complex instructions and maintain accurate documentation Proficient in basic math and data handling Comfortable working with diverse populations and maintaining confidentiality Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record per agency policy Certifications Current & active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required Certified Medication Technician (CMT) or ability to obtain via
MTTP MANDT
