DESCRIPTION

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Gaithersburg MD Join the Move Up ABA Maryland team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Move Up ABA Maryland, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, led by our expert Chief Clinical Officer, Monique Mc Govern (MS, BCBA®, LBA). Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services to children and adults with autism and related disorders.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients with autism and related disorders. Implement Behavior Analysis Interventions (BAI) under the supervision of a BCBA. Collect and record data on client behavior and progress. I'd like you to maintain accurate, detailed records of client sessions and progress. Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices in ABA.

Requirements:

Must be a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or have a strong background in ABA principles and techniques High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree in a related field is a plus 0 years of experience or recent graduates are welcome to apply Ability to work a part-time schedule (approx. 20 hours per week)
