We are seeking 23 skilled RBTs to support school-based programs on a contract basis. This assignment is located in a vibrant community near Nottingham, MD, and offers the chance to foster positive behavioral outcomes within educational settings.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Prior experience supporting children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder or related behavioral needs, especially in a school environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families Familiarity with data tracking, ABA therapy principles, and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and follow guidance from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Responsibilities:
