ABA Solutions, LLC is looking for the best of the best RBTs, and we're willing to pay top dollar for them. If you're not about doing the hard work of ABA, ensuring child safety, and completing thorough session documentation, this isn't the role for you. Your Role and Responsibilities As a member of our team, you'll work directly with children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA. This role demands 110% effort to complete all tasks, including: Delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy. Ensuring the safety and well-being of every child during sessions. Collecting and meticulously recording data on client progress. Communicating effectively with your BCBA and the clinical team. Do not apply if you:
Are not driven to help children on the autism spectrum. Are not willing to put in 110% to complete the tasks of ABA. Can't accept and incorporate clinical and operational feedback. Are unable to handle having a manager or working as part of a structured team. Work close to home, no more than a 30-minute commute between clients (for in-home provision).
