Job Duties and Responsibilities Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, tailored to each client's unique needs and goals Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support to ensure exceptional care Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed to ensure optimal client outcomes Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success and achieve a better quality of life Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring the highest level of care

Compensation and Schedule Pay Range:

$95 - $120 hourly , competitive compensation for your expertise
