At Yes ABA Therapy, we empower families and individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities to achieve their full potential. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Reisterstown, MD . As an RBT with Yes ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services.
Job Summary:
As a Registered Behavior Technician with Yes ABA Therapy, you will be responsible for delivering ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision, implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), conducting data collection and progress tracking during sessions, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards. Your strong communication and documentation skills will enable you to effectively support positive behavior change and skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Conduct data collection and progress tracking during sessions Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and skill acquisition programs Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards Support positive behavior change and skill development
Qualifications:
Current RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Experience in ABA therapy, behavioral health, or special education a plus Knowledge of behavior management and intervention techniques Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team
Work Environment:
