You will be instrumental in creating a positive and productive learning environment, working with students from pre-K to high school. In this role, you will provide support in either a 1:1 or general classroom capacity.

Partnership with National University that provides a 15% tuition discount What You'll Do You'll work directly with students with behavioral needs, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision in one of two capacities: 1:1 Student Support Partner with a specific student throughout their school day — implementing their behavior plan, collecting data, and helping them meet individualized goals across all classroom environments. General Classroom Support Work alongside a lead teacher to support multiple students, running discrete trial training (DTT), naturalistic teaching, and behavioral interventions in a structured setting.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Implementing ABA-based behavior intervention plans with fidelity Collecting accurate behavioral data and communicating observations to the supervising BCBA Using reinforcement strategies, prompting hierarchies, and other evidence-based techniques Communicating clearly and calmly with students, teachers, and administrators. Contributing to a collaborative, student-first team culture Staying active throughout the day (standing, walking, occasional lifting up to 40 lbs) Assisting with personal care and hygiene needs as required
Requirements:
Active RBT certification High school diploma or equivalent Hands-on experience implementing ABA programming CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
