About the Role Joyful Behavior is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for our Salisbury, MD clinic. You#39;ll work one-on-one with neurodivergent children and adolescents (toddlers through teens), delivering individualized ABA therapy under the clinical oversight of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role for someone who wants to see real, measurable progress in the kids they work with. Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy according to BCBA-designed behavior plans Implement and adjust behavior intervention strategies in session Teach functional skills that support independence and development Document and track client progress accurately and consistently Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive therapeutic environment Communicate effectively with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members Qualifications RBT certification required, or willingness to obtain certification with company support 1+ year of experience working with children preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus $$ Reliable, patient, and comfortable working in a structured clinical setting Compensation amp; Benefits $22-$28/hour, depending on experience Paid time off and holiday pay Drive time pay Paid on-the-job RBT training and certification support Advancement opportunities — we promote from within Monthly team meetings and staff events About Joyful Behavior Joyful Behavior is a new, trauma-informed ABA clinic opening in Salisbury, MD.
