$25-$32/hour Paid training and ongoing supervision by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Paid drive time between client sessions Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible scheduling Full-time and part-time opportunities Career advancement opportunities Supportive clinical leadership Ongoing professional development Employee recognition and mentorship Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect accurate behavioral data using electronic data collection systems Teach communication, social, adaptive living, and functional life skills Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA teaching strategies Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs and caregivers Maintain professional documentation and session notes Follow BACB ethical guidelines and company policies Attend required supervision, team meetings, and training sessions Qualifications Required Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) High school diploma or GED At least one year of experience working with children with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team Reliable transportation with the ability to travel up to 45 minutes between client locations Ability to pass federal and state background checks Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain if required) Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Behavior Analysis, Human Services, Child Development, or a related field Experience using electronic ABA data collection software (CentralReach, Catalyst, Hi Rasmus, or similar) Experience working in home, school, or community-based ABA services Physical Requirements Candidates must be able to: Sit on the floor for extended periods Kneel, squat, bend, crawl, and run when necessary Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 35 pounds Respond quickly to ensure client safety Work in home, school, and community environments
