Then, from 3-7 p.m., bring your expertise to children and families during some of the hours they need you most.



Your schedule:
  • Salaried position with just 12 to 15 billable hours per week
  • Onsite 3 to 5 days per week, working between 3-7pm.
  • Reduced hours without sacrificing the predictability of a salaried roleMeaningful work shouldn't mean missing everything else.

As a BCBA, you'll combine your clinical knowledge and experience with innovative treatment techniques to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.

You'll:
  • Develop and supervise targeted, individualized interventions that improve the lives of children with autism
  • Celebrate alongside your clients as they develop positive behaviors, build new skills and reach meaningful milestones
  • Partner with families through caring, thoughtful conversations about assessment results and treatment recommendations
  • Advocate for your clients by proactively identifying potential concerns and communicating with the appropriate members of the care team
  • Share your expertise through direct supervision, support, training and orientation of our growing team of Behavior Technicians
  • Provide hands-on clinical support while keeping pace with the children we serveThe role requires physical activity throughout client sessions, including standing, sitting, bending, squatting, kneeling, running and lifting 25+ pounds while keeping pace with children ages 2-15.

BCBACompensation Range:

$55,000-$65,000 annually for 12 weekly billable hours or $65,000-$75,000 annually for 15 weekly billable hours with benefits#LI-Onsite
