Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active BCBA certification required Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred Strong ability to conduct behavioral assessments and create effective intervention plans Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills Passion for supporting students with diverse behavioral and developmental needs

Responsibilities Include:

Deliver evidence-based behavioral analysis and intervention services to students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide training, consultation, and support to school staff and families Analyze data and maintain accurate, timely records per district and professional standards Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Stay current with best practices and emerging research in behavior analysis
