PM Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a 5th-grade student in a school setting. This position begins immediately and runs through the end of the school year, with a strong possibility of continuing into the Extended School Year (ESY) and next school year (NSY).
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 behavioral support to a 5th-grade student Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors Support the student in academic, social, and daily functioning activities Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavioral team Maintain a safe and structured environment
Student Profile:
5th-grade student May exhibit physical and verbal aggression Requires consistent behavioral support and intervention
Qualifications:
Active RBT certification required Experience working with children with behavioral challenges preferred Strong communication and de-escalation skills Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations Reliable and punctual Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
