9662773-04496 Job Description Bring your expertise in behavioral analysis to two supportive schools near Belfast, ME in a contract opportunity lasting through June 2027. This flexible role offers an immediate start and provides an impactful environment where youll work with students from Pre-K through 8th grade. With assignments spanning two schools just a mile apart, you'll be instrumental in supporting a diverse caseload of about 30 studentsmany of whom require only consultation services.

Key qualifications and experience desired:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with current, valid national certification Experience supporting K-8 or Pre-K student populations in school settings Proficient in Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) Skilled at consulting on behavioral programs, and comfortable training and overseeing behavioral health professionals (BHPs) In this role, youll be responsible for: Conducting comprehensive FBA assessments across the two school sites Developing and guiding implementation of individualized BSPs for students Providing consultative support for a caseload of up to 30, ensuring services align with best practices Mentoring and occasionally training staff, including BHPs, to reinforce effective behavioral interventions Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to contribute to district behavioral programs Enjoy working 16-24 hours per week, across two or three days, in a supportive and collaborative environment.
