Job Description

At Sonder Center for Neurodevelopment, through the application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we provide personalized therapy and support to help individuals reach their highest level of independence and quality of life. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our diverse team of behavior technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you'll play a crucial role in transforming the lives of adolescents with autism. You'll work closely with our team of experienced professionals to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, collect and analyze data, and provide compassionate care. Key Responsibilities:
Direct Therapy:
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions, focusing on building essential skills like communication, social interaction, and daily living skills.
Data Collection:
Accurately record and analyze data to track progress and inform treatment plans.
Collaboration:
Work closely with families and the clinical team to create a comprehensive support network for clients.
Professional Development:
Participate in ongoing training and supervision to stay up-to-date on the latest ABA techniques and best practices. Ongoing feedback and training are essential aspects of ABA. The ability to accept and implement feedback is crucial to success.
Qualifications:
Education:
Must hold a minimum of a high school diploma. Passion for

A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism.
Strong Communication Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and colleagues. Attention to
Detail:
Meticulous data collection and record-keeping skills.
Flexibility and Adaptability:

Reliable Transportation:

Starting Pay:
$18.00- $20.00 per hour (with yearly raises beyond starting range)
Pay:
