We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our diverse clinical team. As a Behavior Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in transforming the lives of adolescents with autism. You'll design and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise and mentor our behavior technicians, and partner closely with families to guide each client's path toward greater independence. Key Responsibilities:

Assessment & Treatment Planning:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Program Oversight:

Design, monitor, and adjust behavior intervention programs based on ongoing data analysis and client progress.

Supervision & Training:

Provide direct supervision, training, and feedback to behavior technicians to ensure high-quality, consistent implementation of treatment plans.

Data Analysis:

Review and interpret collected data to evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven treatment decisions.

Collaboration:

Partner with families, caregivers, and the broader clinical team to build a comprehensive support network for each client.

Compliance & Documentation:

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with BACB guidelines, insurance requirements, and company policy.

Professional Development:

Stay current on best practices in ABA and participate in ongoing internal training and case consultation.

Qualifications:

Education & Certification:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field; current BCBA certification in good standing.

Licensure:

Must hold or be eligible for state licensure (LBA) as applicable. Passion for
