Job Summary Maple ABA Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians for our Ann Arbor-area ABA program. We are looking for dependable people who want a consistent caseload, strong support, and a workplace where good technicians are valued and retained. No experience necessary, we will train the right people. Must like working with kids. Compensation $23-$25/hour , based on ABA experience, certification status, availability, and performance Paid required training and meetings Opportunity for increased pay based on experience and leadership responsibilities Growth opportunities as Maple expands Schedule Approximately 20-30 hours per week Monday through Saturday After-school time and Saturday availability required Consistent client scheduling is a priority In-Home Client (work in the family's home) Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs developed by the supervising BCBA Collect accurate session data Complete session documentation on time Communicate professionally with families and clinical staff Participate in supervision and ongoing training
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation Ability to pass required background checks Strong attendance and reliability Ability to follow clinical programming and accept feedback Availability during afternoon or after-school hours What We Are Looking For We are not looking for someone who simply wants hours.
