Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The BCBA will serve as both a clinical leader and ensuring high-quality ABA services while also contributing to smooth clinic operations. This dual-focus role is ideal for a BCBA who thrives in a collaborative environment, values attention to detail, and is committed to supporting both families and staff. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.) and develop individualized treatment plans. Oversee implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs. Provide direct clinical supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs, ensuring fidelity to client programming. Facilitate parent/caregiver training and support family engagement in therapy. Monitor client progress through data analysis and make timely program modifications. Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers (e.g., Speech, OT) to ensure holistic care. Participate in case reviews and clinical team meetings. Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB. Strong organizational and administrative skills; ability to balance clinical and operational tasks. Excellent communication skills with staff, families, and interdisciplinary partners.
