And we're looking for warm, dependable individuals to join us as Behavior Therapists / Registered Behavior Technicians. Whether you're just beginning your journey or bringing experience to the role, we'll support your growth every step of the way! This is a part-time in-home position (15 - 20 hours weekly) What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 therapy using strength-based, play-focused ABA strategies
• Support clients across home, clinic, school, and community settings
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
• Use compassionate behavior support strategies
• Accurately collect and document session data
• Build strong relationships with families and team members What We're Looking For
• Genuine interest and passion for helping children thrive
• High school diploma required (Bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field highly preferred)
• RBT certification or willingness to complete within 90 days (we'll help!)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance
• Physical ability to play on the floor, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication, professionalism, and follow-through
