As a Behavior Technician, you'll bring energy, creativity, and compassion to help children on the autism spectrum build essential skills in a fun, supportive environment. Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child's progress. You'll be surrounded by a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students who are as passionate as you are about making a difference. Compensation:
$18 hourly to start
Responsibilities:
Participate in training and apply feedback to grow your skills. Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Communicate effectively with families and team members. Track and record data on each child's progress using our electronic system. Engage children in structured and play-based learning activities.
Qualifications:
Dependable, compassionate, and eager to grow in a supportive environment. Active, hands-on approach to work — you'll often engage in play, kneeling, or lifting small children. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality are required. Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information.
