Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience providing behavioral intervention services to children or adolescents, preferably within a school setting Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and protocols Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families Compassionate, proactive, and invested in student success Ability to maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow treatment plans
