Job Description

Centria Autism seeks an Arabic Speaking Center-Based Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to children with autism in a structured clinic setting. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement individualized treatment plans, collect and record behavioral data, support communication and daily living skills, and help manage challenging behaviors using evidence-based strategies. You'll collaborate closely with families and a multidisciplinary team, participate in paid training and ongoing coaching, and contribute to a mission-driven, child- and family-centered culture focused on clinical quality, compassion, and continuous learning. Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in a center-based setting Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Collect, record, and report accurate behavioral and skills data Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies to reduce challenging behaviors Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging therapeutic environment Communicate professionally with families and clinical team members Participate in initial and ongoing ABA and RBT-related training Follow ethical guidelines, confidentiality standards, and clinical protocols Assist with session preparation, materials setup, and documentation in electronic systems Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Behavior data collection and documentation Arabic and English bilingual communication Behavior intervention plan (BIP) following Discrete Trial Training (DTT) Use of reinforcement and prompting strategies Basic crisis prevention and de-escalation Electronic health record/data entry systems Collaboration with clinicians and families Understanding of autism spectrum disorders
