Our programs are designed to build resilience and ensure that children and their families are well-prepared for future success. We'reseeking a compassionateBoard-CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Dearbornteam. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs and BTs) to ensure high-quality, individualized care for children with autism or developmental delays.
Salary:
up to A$95,000 plus bonus
Position Details:
This is a full-time, on-site position based at ourABA Centerin Dearborn, MI.Support a caseload of 8-12children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

Flexible schedule 9-7:30pm, Monday-Friday.
BCBA will provide the following:
Provide assessment, treatment planning, and case supervision within a structured clinical setting.

Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.

Conduct parent training and caregiver consultations as needed.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams.
