SCHEDULE
Full-time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday Day shift Clinic hours generally between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM (actual hours are negotiable between these core hours) Occasional Saturday hours may be available based on clinic needs
POSITION OVERVIEW CLIENT
is seeking compassionate, collaborative, and creative Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join its growing behavioral health team in Farmington, Michigan. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about helping children and young adults with autism develop meaningful skills and achieve greater independence. You will work directly with clients, families, and clinical team members to develop and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs. The ideal candidate combines strong clinical knowledge with excellent communication, documentation, and family-training skills and is comfortable providing clinical direction to team members responsible for implementing behavior treatment plans. Key Responsibilities As a BCBA, you will: Conduct behavioral assessments and other activities to determine clients' needs for behavioral interventions. Develop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans based on assessment findings and client needs. Implement, monitor, evaluate, and modify behavioral treatment programs based on client progress and clinical data. Provide clinical oversight and direction to employees implementing ABA programs. Train and support clinical team members on treatment protocols, behavioral systems, and performance expectations. Facilitate parent/caregiver meetings and training to promote consistency between the clinic and home environments. Develop comprehensive and measurable treatment goals for clients. Prepare clinical reports and maintain documentation necessary for treatment, insurance reimbursement, and client review. Collaborate with other professionals involved in each client's care to support coordinated treatment. Maintain current knowledge of ABA research, evidence-based practices, and emerging treatment methodologies. Perform other BCBA-related clinical responsibilities directly associated with behavioral assessment and treatment. Required Qualifications Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential Ability to practice/provide BCBA services in Michigan At least 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans Ability to analyze clinical data and modify treatment plans based on client progress Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to effectively train and communicate with parents, caregivers, and clinical staff Preferred Candidate Profile We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working with children or young adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a clinical ABA setting. Successful candidates will be comfortable balancing direct clinical responsibilities with treatment-plan development, caregiver training, staff oversight, data analysis, and insurance-related documentation.
