Overview We are seeking a dedicated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality behavioral health services. The BCBA Specialist will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives through evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in behavioral psychological assessments, data collection, and clinical supervision, ensuring that each client receives comprehensive and compassionate care. This position offers a hybrid schedule (Tue - Thu onsite, Mon & Fri remote), Company paid health insurance, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
