BCBA or Clinical Supervisor Join Our Team KD Care Community ABA Services is hiring experienced, dependable Behavior Technicians who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients, support skill development, help reduce challenging behaviors, and celebrate important progress every day. You will receive guidance and supervision from experienced BCBAs while building valuable skills in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Available Schedules Candidates must be available for one of the following schedules: 12:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Candidates available from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. may be assigned an 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. case or a 12:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. case based on client schedules and operational needs. Schedules and weekly hours may vary based on client attendance, authorizations, and staffing needs. What You Will Do Provide direct one-on-one ABA services. Implement treatment and behavior-support plans. Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation. Support clients in building communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills. Follow clinical, safety, confidentiality, Medicaid, and payer requirements. Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration. Maintain reliable attendance and professional communication. What We Are Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. At least 18 years of age. Prior Behavior Technician, RBT, ABA, direct care, or related experience. Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Reliable transportation and consistent schedule availability. Ability to pass required background and exclusion checks. Strong communication, professionalism, and dependability. Preferred Qualifications Active RBT credential. Six months or more of ABA or Behavior Technician experience. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Current TB screening documentation. Candidates without current CPR, First Aid, or TB documentation must be willing to complete all required items within the company's established timeframe and before providing independent services. Compensation $16.00-$23.00 per hour Starting pay is based on verified experience, RBT certification, qualifications, credentials, and schedule availability. Physical Requirements Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, transition to and from the floor, actively engage with clients, and respond safely to behavioral and clinical needs.
