As an In-House Recruiter, you will help keep recruiting activity moving by staying on top of candidate flow, coordinating next steps, and supporting a smooth scheduling process for internal stakeholders and applicants. The position is focused on execution, organization, and consistency rather than deep subject-matter expertise in every role being recruited. Responsibilities Monitor the recruiting platform and Workable applicant tracking system, and schedule meetings on the principals' calendars, whether in person or virtual. Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field. Some in-house recruiting experience. Experience using Workable ATS. Eligibility to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate follow-up. Experience communicating with principals and candidates to schedule interviews and handle follow-up.
