KD Care Community ABA Services is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-8:00 PM schedule. Paid training Supportive BCBA supervision and clinical leadership Opportunities to build your skills and grow in the ABA field Meaningful one-on-one work with children and families A team-focused environment where reliability and great work are valued A culture centered on caring, collaboration, and professional growth What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA services under BCBA supervision Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Implement treatment plans and collect accurate session data Complete required documentation Follow clinical, safety, confidentiality, Medicaid, and payer requirements Maintain dependable attendance and professional communication Requirements At least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Consistent availability Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-8:00 PM Reliable transportation Ability to pass required background and exclusion checks Strong professionalism, communication, and dependability Preferred Qualifications Completed 40-hour RBT training Active RBT credential ABA, Behavior Technician, childcare, direct care, or related experience Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Current CPR/First Aid certification and TB screening documentation Candidates who have not completed the 40-hour RBT training may still be considered and can complete required training through the company's paid training process . Compensation $18.00-$26.00 per hour, based on experience.
