Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on progress. Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians. Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills. Analyze data to ensure care meets clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements. Help build training platforms and feedback systems to support staff development. Compensation and schedule

Pay Range :

$60-$70 per hour (or salary equivalent), depending on experience and role type

Scheduling Options :

Full-time (30-40 hours/week) Part-time (15-29 hours/week) Weekend and evening cases available

Work Environment :
