Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Full-Time or Part-Time | In-Home Looking for a BCBA role in a supportive and growth-oriented environment? As a BCBA, you'll play a key role in shaping client progress, creating and overseeing individualized treatment plans, analyzing data to drive meaningful outcomes, and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care. You'll also serve as a mentor and leader, training and supervising RBTs while collaborating closely with families to create lasting, positive change. Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on progress. Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians. Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills. Analyze data to ensure care meets clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements. Help build training platforms and feedback systems to support staff development. $60-$70 per hour (or salary equivalent), depending on experience and role typeScheduling Options :
Full-time (30-40 hours/week) Part-time (15-29 hours/week) Weekend and evening cases availableWork Environment :
