Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral psychological assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBA) to identify client needs and inform intervention strategies Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles Lead clinical supervision of behavior technicians and other staff, providing training and ongoing support to ensure high-quality service delivery Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and adjust interventions as needed in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards Perform client intake evaluations, including diagnostic assessments for autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental conditions Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to ensure cohesive support plans tailored to each client's unique needs Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities while adhering to confidentiality protocols Requirements Valid Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disorders Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, functional assessment, and behavior intervention techniques Proven experience conducting behavioral health assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and home-based behavioral service delivery Ability to communicate effectively with clients' families, school personnel, and healthcare providers about treatment plans and progress updates Experience working within special education settings or school environments is highly desirable Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards and medical documentation practices is essential Join us in transforming lives through compassionate care rooted in evidence-based practices! $75,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
