In this role, you will: Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of behaviors Develop and implement Person-Based Support Plans (PBSPs) tailored to student needs Coach and model effective behavioral strategies for staff to enhance classroom practice Guide teams on data collection, helping them focus on relevant and useful information Analyze ongoing interventions to determine effectiveness and advise on adjustments as needed Implement prevention-based practices for a proactive approach in both general and special education classrooms Provide professional development sessions to build staff capacity Observe in classrooms and collaborate with educators to support student growth Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring fidelity of interventions and supporting their professional development Applicants should have: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience working in school environments Strong understanding of functional behavior assessment, intervention plan development, and data-driven decision making Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and school-based teams Dedication to supporting diverse student populations and fostering inclusive practices As a professional in this contract full-time assignment, you'll have opportunities to build meaningful partnerships, share your knowledge, and contribute to the growth of school staff and students alike.
