What Were Looking For:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience with children in elementary educational environments preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Dedication to building supportive, trusting student relationships Collaborative approach to working with teachers, parents, and staff

Key Responsibilities:
