M-F, roughly 8 to 5, no weekends

Pay Rate:

$58/hour

Job Summary:

The BCBA provides clinical oversight of ABA therapy programs for individuals with autism, ensuring effective treatment and measurable progress.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and create ABA treatment plans Supervise RBTs/Behavior Technicians Monitor client progress and adjust interventions Train parents and caregivers Maintain documentation and ensure compliance

Job Requirements:

Master's degree in a related field Active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification Minimum of 1 year of experience required; 5+ years preferred Experience with

EPIC EMR

system preferred Prior experience working within a large hospital system preferred Who We Are?
