9662898-49426 Job Description Step into a dynamic and supportive school environment as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a full-time contract basis. In this rewarding role, youll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on both general education (GE) and special education (SE) students by guiding teams through the nuances of behavior analysis and intervention.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Proven experience in educational or school-based settings Strong expertise in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP) Ability to coach staff, provide modeling, and facilitate professional development Excellent communication skills with the capacity to collaborate across general and special education teams Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) is highly desirable Detail-oriented, data-driven, and flexible in approach
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive FBAs and develop individualized PBSPs tailored to student needs Coach and mentor staff members, modeling strategies and interventions in real-time settings Guide educational teams in effective data collection and interpretation to inform practice Evaluate intervention efficacy, recommending adjustments to maximize student outcomes Promote proactive and preventative behavior strategies within both GE and SE classrooms Deliver engaging professional development sessions to equip staff with best practices in behavior support Observe classroom dynamics, troubleshoot challenges, and collaboratively design solutions Supervise and provide feedback to RBTs to ensure the highest standards of care and support This position offers the satisfaction of supporting positive student behavior and empowering educators with the tools they need to succeed.
