You will implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect and record data on client progress Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers Maintain a safe and supportive environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred in psychology, education, or related field) Experience working with children (preferred) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass background check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Flexible scheduling Paid training (including RBT certification support if applicable) Ongoing supervision and professional development Opportunities for advancement
