Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and hygiene to promote independence. Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Implement ABA therapy protocols designed for children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Support the development and execution of individualized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs. Engage in direct behavioral therapy sessions, utilizing positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistency and clarity in treatment delivery. Maintain detailed medical documentation, including progress notes, behavior logs, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality. Skills Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and implementing therapy protocols. Strong ability to collect, analyze, and document behavioral data accurately using medical terminology and behavioral health standards. Familiarity with special education environments, school settings, or home-based behavioral programs. Excellent client communication skills coupled with professionalism aligned with the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts. Ability to assist with ADLs while maintaining patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. Understanding of medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and medical terminology relevant to behavioral health services. Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 25.0 per week
