A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), under general supervision, engages in evidenced-based practice related to the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, general behavior treatment, and parent/family training. An employee of this class performs functional and other behavior assessments and treatment plan development based on the principles of ABA for both skill acquisition and behavior deceleration for individuals receiving services; works with consumers/family/caregivers to explain and implement assessment conclusions and treatment recommendations; trains paraprofessional behavior technician staff and caregivers, and performs other related duties as required.1. Must possess a Master's degree from an accredited college or university. 2. Be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). 3. Be licensed as a Behavioral Analyst through the State of Michigan (LBA). 4. Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a Michigan Driver License within 30 days of employment. 5. Must have reliable transportation that may have to be used to carry out job duties of this classification. Preferred but not Required 1. Bilingual candidates highly desired. 2. Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued. 3. Individuals in Recovery and individuals with experience in Armed Services valued.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
