Are you passionate about working with children and making a meaningful impact every day? The Linden Center is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our dynamic team! As a Behavior Technician at The Linden Center, you'll work one-on-one with children ages 2-8 who have Autism Spectrum Disorder. Your role will be to support their growth through individualized behavior plans and engaging, play-based learning. Why The Linden Center? Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior support plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Track and document progress using data collection methods Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage learning and skill-building Support children in reducing challenging behaviors Collaborate effectively with families and interdisciplinary team members Maintain a safe and nurturing environment Follow all safety protocols and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years old Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Reliable transportation, valid Michigan driver's license, and a satisfactory driving record Ability to pass a background check Ability to meet physical demands of the role (e.g., lifting up to 50 lbs)

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in ABA, psychology, child development, education, speech-language pathology, or a related field Experience working with young children and/or individuals with disabilities Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain Current CPR/First Aid Certification At The Linden Center, you won't just be doing a job—you'll be joining a supportive community that values creativity, compassion, and continuous growth.
