Job Description

Trainings Provided | Onboarding Incentive Available T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA services to children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) . This role is ideal for teachers, tutors, CNAs, caregivers, and individuals looking for a meaningful career in behavioral health. Availability during afternoon and evening hours is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Provide in-home behavioral therapy following individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision. Collect and document behavior and progress data accurately. Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills. Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic home-based environment. Communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary team members.
Requirements:
High School Diploma (proof and transcripts required). Resume and completion of onboarding documents. Up-to-date negative TB test. Credentialing documentation per state requirements.

COVID Pay:
Additional $3.20 per hour.
Shift Differential:
