We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our Pontiac, Michigan clinic. New to the ABA field? No problem! This is a great opportunity for: Childcare providers Paraprofessionals (Para Pros) Teacher assistants Preschool or daycare staff Caregivers What You'll Do As a Behavioral Technician, you will work one-on-one with children in our center-based ABA program, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in a supportive and engaging environment. Our therapists work exclusively in our clinic-no in-home sessions. Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Recommended 1-2 years of experience working with children Ability to pass a criminal background check Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain Ability to follow structured treatment plans and collect accurate data Reliable, professional, and committed to providing consistent care for clients and families Willingness to learn and accept feedback What We Offer Starting wages at $17-$22/hr based on experience Pay increase upon obtaining RBT certification Flexible full-time and part-time scheduling Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Supportive supervision and ongoing professional development Opportunities for career advancement within the ABA field Why Euro Therapies?
